How to Whitelist

Many ISPs and email providers have mail blocking or filtering systems in place to protect you from unsolicited email. Unfortunately these same systems often prevent email that you have want to receive from reaching you. Whitelisting our email addresses will ensure that the email you have requested from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com will reach you.

To do this, you generally need to add the following email addresses to your address book:

contactus@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
jennifer@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
info@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com

We may use any of these email addresses to contact you. If you are using spam filtering software, you should also enter all email addresses into your filtering software whitelist, according to the specific instructions for the software you are using. Below are instructions for each widely used email program/client include some web based clients:

AOL

1. Open the email you have received from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com
2. Click the "Add to Address" or "Add Address" button
3. Click the "Save" or "OK" button

Earthlink

1. Open the email you have received from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com
2. Click "Add Sender"
3. The "Add To Address Book" popup appears with our name and email address
4. Click Yes

Earthlink Webmail

1. Open the email you have received from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com
2. Click "Add To Address Book"
3. Click Save on the next screen

Hotmail/MSN

1. Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List
2. Type each of the emails below in your Safe List:
   
   contactus@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   jennifer@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   info@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   
   
3. If you see an email from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Junk Mail folder in the future

Outlook

Add our email address to your address book and safe sender list, as follows:

Firstly, add us to your safe sender list:

1. Right click on the subject line of an unopened email from us
2. Click 'Junk Email', and then 'Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List'

Secondly, add our email address to your address book:

1. Double click on the email from us to open it
2. Right click on the From: email address
3. Click 'Add to Outlook Contacts...' (or it might say 'Add Sender To Address Book')

Yahoo

1. Open your Yahoo! mailbox
2. Click 'Options'
3. Click 'Filters'
4. Click 'Add'
   
   In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'contains' is selected in the drop-down list. Enter the following email addresses in the adjacent text box:
   
   contactus@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   jennifer@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   info@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   
   
5. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message to:" select Inbox from the drop-down list. Click the Add Filter button.
6. Follow the same procedure for our other email addresses
7. If mail from SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com has been filtered to your Bulk folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field

Google

1. Open your Google Mailbox
2. Click 'Contacts' from the menu
3. Click 'Create Contact'
4. Enter our name and email address on the Add Contact page (Name: SpiritualGrowthCommunity.com/ Email address: jennifer@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com)
5. Click the Save button.
6. Follow the same instructions to add our other email addresses:
   
   contactus@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
   info@spiritualgrowthcommunity.com
